OYANG Printing Machine
Complete Solutions
Engineered to eliminate high-speed register drift and substrate elongation across paper, flexible films, and nonwoven fabrics, OYANG's full-spectrum industrial printing machine platforms deliver synchronized continuous roll printing up to 400 m/min. Our modular converting lineup spans Electronic Line Shaft (ELS) rotogravure printing machine series for high-barrier flexible packaging (≤±0.05mm register), high-efficiency flexographic printing machine systems—including CI central impression, stack-type, and unit-type inline presses for paper bags and cartons—alongside heavy-deposit roll-to-roll screen printing lines for PP nonwoven shopping bags, driving start-up setup waste down to < 0.25%.
OYANG ELS Rotogravure Printing Machine Series
A rotogravure printing machine is defined as an industrial intaglio printing system that utilizes copper-plated steel cylinders engraved with microscopic cells to transfer fluid solvent-based or water-based inks onto flexible plastic films, foils, and papers. OYANG's ELS (Electronic Line Shaft) rotogravure series covers 220–400 m/min production speeds, featuring ≤±0.05mm automatic register accuracy and up to 1,350mm print width.

Cost-effective entry-level gravure press. Ideal for sampling, short runs and cost-sensitive operations entering the gravure market.

Balanced performance for mid-scale converters. Reliable Kersai ELS 3.0 control, wider substrate range up to 1,350mm.

75mm nodular iron frame, fully enclosed ink trough, B&R or Kersai 3.5 ELS — bridges mid-range and flagship performance.

400 m/min, B&R ELS, 3,000-recipe memory, 15–20% energy saving. The ultimate gravure press for high-volume production.

OYANG Flexographic Printing Machine Series
A flexographic printing machine is defined as a rotary printing system that utilizes flexible photopolymer relief plates wrapped around rotating cylinders to apply fast-drying inks onto roll-fed substrates. OYANG offers stack-type, CI (Central Impression) type, and unit-type inline flexo machines optimized for paper rolls, flexible films, nonwoven fabrics, and carton pre-printing.
Economical 2/4/6-color printing for paper, film, nonwoven and woven fabric. 50–100 m/min.
Central impression drum for high-speed stable roll printing. 4-color 250 m/min / 6-color 150 m/min.
Medium-width inline flexo for packaging paper, board and carton pre-printing. 720–1820mm web width.

Roll-to-roll stack flexo for paper, film, nonwoven, woven fabric and foil. 2, 4 and 6 color configurations available.

Dedicated 4-color stack flexo optimized for paper rolls. Paper bag printing, food packaging paper and retail packaging rolls.

High-speed central impression flexo for paper, films, nonwoven, fabric and foils. Up to 250 m/min — ideal for paper bags, supermarket bags and nonwoven shopping bags.

6-color CI flexo for richer packaging graphics on paper, films, nonwoven, fabric and foil rolls. Up to 150 m/min. Suitable for complex brand colors and retail packaging designs.
Medium-width inline flexo for coated paper, kraft paper, cardboard, nonwoven and composite materials. Ideal for packaging paper, paper bags, paper cups, courier bags and carton pre-printing.

Roll-to-Roll Nonwoven Screen Printing Machine
A screen printing machine is defined as an automated printing apparatus that uses a woven mesh screen to support an ink-blocking stencil, forcing ink through the open areas of the mesh onto substrates. OYANG's ONL-12010 roll-to-roll screen printing series is engineered specifically for high-density logo and graphic printing on PP nonwoven fabric rolls prior to downstream bag manufacturing.
One printing unit and one drying unit for single-color nonwoven fabric printing. Suitable for logos, large-area graphics and promotional patterns.
Two printing units and two drying units complete two-color printing in a single continuous pass. Ideal for two-color logos and brand graphics on nonwoven bags.

Engineering Insights: Closed-Loop Web Tension & Register Control
To prevent substrate stretching and web wander at 400 m/min, OYANG printing lines integrate multi-servo closed-loop tension zones and low-inertia dancer roller feedback. Instead of theoretical derivations, our systems regulate the web based on practical engineering operational standards:
| Tension Control Zone | Engineering Specification | Quality Guarantee & Dynamic Performance |
|---|---|---|
| Infeed Taper Tension | 10 – 300 N (±1.5 N) | Ultra-sensitive load cells prevent roll wrinkling on 12μm thin PET and 45g kraft paper. |
| ELS Servo Synchronization | ≤ ±0.02 mm virtual axis | Independent servo drives for each print unit eliminate mechanical gear backlash and harmonic drift. |
| Dynamic Register Accuracy | ≤ ±0.05 mm (longitudinal & lateral) | High-speed photocell tracking automatically corrects registration during acceleration up to 400 m/min. |
| CNC Wall Panel Rigidity | ≤ 0.015 mm flatness tolerance | 75mm nodular cast iron frames processed on Japanese MAZAK centers eliminate high-speed harmonic resonance. |
This closed-loop mechatronic control guarantees steady ink transfer across variable-speed phases, completely eliminating ghosting, color overlay blur, and excessive web stretch during start-stop cycles.
