In high-speed roll-fed paper bag conversion, minor dimensional variances in frame wall panels trigger cumulative web tension deviation, tooth gear backlash, and tube cutting registration drift.
Across OYANG's 130,000㎡ intelligent manufacturing campus, all structural wall plates, main forming rollers, and rotary cutting cylinders are finished on Japanese MAZAK and OKUMA 5-axis CNC flexible lines to a flatness tolerance of ≤ 0.015 mm. This structural rigidity guarantees dynamic balance and zero harmonic vibration across continuous 24/7 operating cycles.

Complete Roll Fed Paper Bag Making Process
For TECH, SMART, and A series machines with inline handle units, the process starts from handle rope feeding. For B and C series lines without handles, the handle-forming station is bypassed.

Handle Rope Feeding
Rope or flat handle material enters the handle unit.

Handle Making
Handle material is formed, cut and prepared.

Handle Attaching
The formed handle is transferred and attached.

Paper Roll Feeding
Roll paper is unwound and fed into the main machine.

Web Guiding
Corrects paper web deviation in real time.

Optional Units
+P, +W, +D or +T units for special bags.

Glue Application
Glue is applied to handle, side or bottom areas.

Tube Forming
Paper is folded through the forming template.

Cutting
The paper tube is cut according to bag length.

Bottom Opening
The cut paper tube bottom is opened.

Bottom Forming
The bottom is folded and sealed into final shape.

Stacking & Counting
Finished bags are delivered, stacked and counted.
Automatic Packing, Cartoning & Palletizing Options
TECH and SMART paper bag production lines can be configured with intelligent end-of-line systems to reduce manual handling and improve factory automation.
