Designed to eliminate mold changeover bottlenecks and manual packaging labor, OYANG's roll fed paper bag making machine series delivers continuous roll-to-bag converting at speeds from 180 up to 600 bags/min. From 2-minute automated size switching on the TECH-18 to turnkey high-speed SOS and handle lines (SMART-17 and SG600), our systems ensure zero web tear on 60–170 g/m² kraft paper with inline twisted rope, flat handle, and multi-color flexo printing integration.
TECH-18 supports automated servo recipe switching for short-run custom batches.
SMART-17 supports continuous high-speed twisted/flat handle bag production.
SG600 is engineered for fixed-specification mass retail runs with inline printing.
Seamlessly links with automatic bag taking, bundle strapping, cartoning, and palletizing.
Select the optimal converting platform based on your bag geometry, paper basis weight (GSM), handle configuration, cycle velocity, and end-of-line automation.
For short-run customized orders. 2-minute digital changeover via touch screen eliminates manual gear adjustments and test waste.

Across OYANG's 130,000㎡ intelligent manufacturing campus, all structural wall plates, main forming rollers, and rotary cutting cylinders are finished on Japanese MAZAK and OKUMA 5-axis CNC flexible lines to a flatness tolerance of ≤ 0.015 mm. This structural rigidity guarantees dynamic balance and zero harmonic vibration across continuous 24/7 operating cycles.

For TECH, SMART, and A series machines with inline handle units, the process starts from handle rope feeding. For B and C series lines without handles, the handle-forming station is bypassed.
Rope or flat handle material enters the handle unit.
Handle material is formed, cut and prepared.
The formed handle is transferred and attached.
Roll paper is unwound and fed into the main machine.
Corrects paper web deviation in real time.
+P, +W, +D or +T units for special bags.
Glue is applied to handle, side or bottom areas.
Paper is folded through the forming template.
The paper tube is cut according to bag length.
The cut paper tube bottom is opened.
The bottom is folded and sealed into final shape.
Finished bags are delivered, stacked and counted.
TECH and SMART paper bag production lines can be configured with intelligent end-of-line systems to reduce manual handling and improve factory automation.
