At Oyang, we firmly believe that hard work and a happy life complement each other.
To celebrate the team’s achievements in the first half of 2024 and thank employees for their dedication and hard work, Oyang organized an unforgettable six-day and five-night team building trip to Phuket, Thailand. This journey was not only a relaxing vacation, but also an important part of Oyang’s company culture, reflecting the company’s care for employee growth, team communication and work-life balance.
As a packaging machinery manufacturer serving global customers, Oyang understands that long-term development depends not only on technology, production capacity and service capability, but also on a united, energetic and responsible team. Through this team building activity, employees had the opportunity to relax, communicate, understand each other better and return to work with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
This Phuket team building trip was carefully arranged by the company to provide employees with a comfortable and meaningful travel experience.
From departure and hotel arrangements to cultural visits, island exploration, team games and free activities, every part of the journey was designed to help employees enjoy life, strengthen communication and build deeper trust with colleagues.
The trip also reflected Oyang’s belief in creating a warm and positive working environment. Employees are not only team members at work, but also important members of the Oyang family.
As the flight took off, Oyang employees began their journey to Phuket with excitement and expectation.
After arriving in Phuket, the company arranged transportation to ensure that every employee reached the hotel safely and comfortably. At the welcome dinner, company leaders gave a brief speech, expressing appreciation for everyone’s hard work and encouraging employees to enjoy the journey, communicate actively and experience the warmth of the team.
The first day marked the beginning of a relaxing and joyful trip.
On the second day, the team took a long-tail boat to the famous Phang Nga Bay, known for its magnificent natural scenery. Surrounded by clear water, limestone cliffs and mangroves, employees experienced the beauty of nature and the charm of Thailand.
The view of the well-known James Bond Island added a special highlight to the journey. In the evening, the team enjoyed a local cultural performance and later visited Chillva Market, where employees experienced local food, lifestyle and customs.
This day allowed everyone to relax while gaining a deeper understanding of Thai culture.
On the third day, a speedboat took the team to Phi Phi Island, one of Thailand’s most beautiful island destinations.
During the snorkeling activity, employees explored the underwater world and saw colorful tropical fish. The clear sea, bright sunshine and peaceful island atmosphere allowed everyone to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
In the evening, the company prepared a beach barbecue party. Under the starry sky, employees shared food, stories and laughter, making the night full of warmth and friendship.
On the fourth day, employees visited the Four-Faced Buddha, experiencing Thailand’s religious culture and praying for peace and happiness for their families and themselves.
Afterwards, the team visited the KING POWER duty-free shop, where everyone enjoyed shopping and leisure time. In the afternoon, the sailing trip to Coral Island allowed employees to experience the vitality and charm of Phuket from another perspective.
This day combined cultural experience, leisure and personal enjoyment.
The fifth day was arranged as a free activity day.
Employees could choose their preferred activities, explore local culture or enjoy fresh seafood at Rawai Seafood Market. This flexible arrangement reflected Oyang’s respect for employees’ personal interests and individual needs.
In the evening, the company organized a rooftop party. Under the starry night sky, employees gathered around tables decorated with colorful lights, enjoying a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the party was the group game session. Through interactive games, employees became more familiar with each other and strengthened team understanding. Laughter and cheers filled the night, making the party full of energy.
Between games, employees also shared their personal stories and experiences. Some talked about challenges at work and how they overcame them, while others shared small moments of happiness in daily life. These stories helped everyone feel the diversity, sincerity and warmth of the team.
More importantly, the party strengthened the sense of belonging among employees. Everyone realized that each person is an important part of the Oyang family, and every effort contributes to the company’s success.
On the final morning in Phuket, employees enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and then headed to the airport.
Although the journey was coming to an end, everyone returned with happy memories, stronger friendships and renewed motivation for future work. The smiles on everyone’s faces showed that this team building trip had brought relaxation, connection and encouragement.
This team building trip not only enhanced communication and trust among employees, but also improved overall team morale.
Through shared experiences, employees deeply understood the importance of teamwork. In daily work, whether supporting customers, coordinating production, following up packaging machinery projects or providing after-sales service, teamwork remains essential to Oyang’s continued development.
The trip also reflected Oyang’s care for employees and commitment to building a warm, positive and people-oriented company culture.
Oyang will continue to value employee growth, team building and company culture development. A strong team is the foundation of stable service, reliable products and long-term customer trust.
