OYANG Internal Training: The Chairman Personally Taught “Everyone Is An Operator”

On July 16, 2024, OYANG held an internal training event with the theme “Everyone Is An Operator.” The training was personally led by the Chairman of the company and was attended by members of the management and sales departments.

As a packaging machinery manufacturer serving global customers, OYANG believes that sustainable growth depends not only on advanced machines and manufacturing capability, but also on the mindset, execution and responsibility of every team member. This internal training aimed to deepen business awareness, improve team execution, and inspire innovative thinking across the organization.

Understanding the Mindset of an Operator

During the training, the Chairman emphasized that every employee should examine their work from the perspective of an operator.

This means focusing not only on daily tasks, but also on results, efficiency, cost awareness, customer value and long-term development. The Chairman encouraged team members to think beyond their own positions and understand how their work contributes to the overall operation of the company.

For OYANG, the concept of “Everyone Is An Operator” is closely connected with the company’s development values. Whether in sales, management, production coordination, customer communication or after-sales support, each person plays an important role in creating value for customers and promoting company growth.

Result-Oriented Work and Responsible Execution

One of the key points of the training was the importance of result-oriented thinking.

The Chairman pointed out that effort is important, but results are the real measure of work value. Team members were encouraged to set clear goals, focus on practical outcomes, and continuously improve their working methods.

In the packaging machinery industry, customers often care about machine stability, production efficiency, delivery time, service response and long-term support. Therefore, OYANG’s internal team must maintain strong execution and professional coordination to support every project, from customer inquiry to machine delivery and after-sales service.

Combining Market Analysis with Human-Centered Service

The Chairman also highlighted the importance of in-depth market analysis.

As global demand for eco-friendly packaging continues to grow, markets for paper bag making machines, nonwoven bag making machines, flexible pouch making machines, printing machines and turnkey packaging solutions are constantly changing. OYANG teams need to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive conditions in different regions.

At the same time, the Chairman reminded everyone that business should not be limited to data and analysis. Humanistic care and warmth should also be integrated into customer service. Professional communication, patience, responsibility and sincere support make service more valuable and more trusted.

Innovation in Daily Management

The training also covered how to achieve effective control and innovation in daily management.

The Chairman encouraged team members to identify problems from a broader perspective, solve problems with innovative thinking, and continuously optimize work processes. For management and sales teams, this includes improving communication efficiency, strengthening project follow-up, enhancing product knowledge and building better cooperation between departments.

In a competitive global market, innovation is not only reflected in machine technology. It is also reflected in management methods, service models, customer communication and team collaboration.

Strengthening OYANG’s Core Competitiveness

OYANG has long focused on full-chain packaging machinery solutions, including paper bag making machines, nonwoven bag making machines, flexible packaging equipment, printing machinery, post-press converting equipment and smart factory solutions.

To maintain core competitiveness, the company needs both technical innovation and a team with strong business thinking. Through this training, the Chairman encouraged all participants to look at challenges from a global perspective and promote the company’s development with the mindset of an operator.

This concept helps OYANG build a more efficient organization, improve internal collaboration and provide more reliable support for customers worldwide.

Inspiring Responsibility and Future Growth

This internal training was more than a knowledge-sharing activity. The Chairman’s words inspired the passion, responsibility and confidence of every employee present.

The training helped team members better understand their roles in the company’s development and encouraged them to take greater ownership of their work. With stronger execution and a clearer business mindset, the OYANG team is expected to create more value for customers and partners.

Moving Forward with Continuous Learning

OYANG will continue to promote internal training and knowledge-sharing activities to cultivate more talents with business thinking, innovation awareness and customer-oriented service capability.

Through this internal training, OYANG once again demonstrated its focus on employee growth and its confidence in the future. On the new journey ahead, OYANG will continue to improve itself, strengthen its team capabilities and move toward higher goals in the global packaging machinery industry.
